I flipped the switch! The breaker is OFF, and the water is HOT!

So today was the day.  I’m happy with the Solar Hot water install.  Today is the day I walk out on my own.  Sink or Swim.  I’ve turned OFF the backup emergency hot water heater element.  This sits on a 30 amp 240v breaker, so that is a LOT of power if it *IS* ever used. Now its off, and ALL the hot water in the house is solar, or its cold.

First Light is Power, Second light is activity.  Today its HOT!

Yes, there is a fancier controller display as an option, but I’m thinking it would be cooler to make my own, with web accesibility…
